Dream Girls Conference
Held annually in North Charleston, the Dream Girls Conference brings together middle and high school girls for a day of encouragement, practical resources, and connection. Speakers, colleges, community organizations, and businesses help girls make informed choices and discover opportunities for continued growth.

Worth Beyond Measure™ and VIP (Virtues In Practice)™
These monthly mentoring programs create a supportive environment where girls connect with trained peer and adult mentors, strengthen self-esteem, build healthy relationships, and grow through shared experiences, activities, and opportunities.

The Hattie B. Jenkins College Scholarship
This scholarship recognizes graduating Y.E.S. participants who have demonstrated a long-term commitment to mentoring. It honors Hattie B. Jenkins, whose life of service included caring for more than 30 foster children.

College Tours
Y.E.S. College Tours give girls firsthand exposure to higher education while helping them understand college pathways, admissions steps, and scholarship opportunities. For many participants, it is their first opportunity to experience a college campus.

Community Engagement
Y.E.S. connects girls with meaningful ways to serve, learn, and engage in their communities through hands-on service opportunities, motivational speakers, workshops, and presentations in partnership with schools, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations.
