Meet Our Founder & Executive Director

Roslin J. Fields, M.Ed.

Y.E.S. was founded by Roslin J. Fields, M.Ed., a former middle school teacher and foster parent whose experiences with young people shaped her commitment to creating stronger support systems for girls.

As a teacher, mentor, foster parent, and community leader, Roslin has dedicated her work to helping girls recognize their potential, build confidence, make healthy decisions, and see new possibilities for their futures. More than 25 years later, her commitment to showing up for girls continues to guide the heart of Y.E.S. today.
