Y. E. S. we have the space available for your next event. Whether it is a wedding and reception; birthday celebration; business meeting; fundraiser or any other event acceptable for a family oriented atmosphere. We have the perfect space for you.
A cozy setting that will accommodate up to 200 persons dependent upon the floor plan selection, the Y. E. S. venue is uniquely situated in North Charleston, SC on Ashley Phosphate Road.
Available for rental Monday – Friday at 6 pm; Sunday at 4 pm; and all day on Saturday. Y. E. S. is ready and able to accommodate your event spacing requirements.
We are willing to assist with coordination of your rental and/or audiovisual needs. Just ask the Site Coordinator for more details.
Terms and Conditions
Rental Fee: $475 (Friday & Saturday)
We will accept reservations up to 12-months in advance.
Securing Your Date
With a $75 non-refundable deposit, space in our facility will be reserved for your special occasion.
Cancellation
If for some unforeseen instance, your event requires cancellation, we will retain the $75 deposit. All other fees will be returned to the remitter unless cancellation takes place within 14-days prior to the scheduled event date.
