The YES Family Resource Center is a unique and much needed project for Tri-County. Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. has collaborated with other non-profit and community organizations to open and staff the YES Family Resource Center. This project was birthed out of the need to bring together the resources of our community to provide services and empowerment training for families.
